What We Help Teens With

Teens don’t always express what they’re going through in words. We help identify what’s really happening beneath the surface and provide targeted treatment for the most common adolescent mental health and substance abuse challenges.

Anxiety

Persistent worry, panic attacks, and avoidance that interferes with school and daily life.

Depression

Persistent sadness, low energy, withdrawal from family, friends, and activities they once loved.

Trauma & PTSD

Flashbacks, emotional numbness, and hypervigilance following a traumatic experience.

Bipolar Disorder

Extreme mood swings between highs and lows that disrupt school, sleep, and relationships.

Eating Disorders

Disordered eating, unhealthy relationship with food or body image, and emotional distress around meals.

OCD

Intrusive thoughts and compulsive rituals that steal hours from your teen's day and isolate them from the life they want.

Alcohol

Use of alcohol to cope with stress, emotional pain, or peer pressure that begins affecting behavior, school, and relationships.

Opioids

Misuse of prescription pain medications or opioids leading to dependence, withdrawal symptoms, and disrupted daily functioning.

Stimulants

Use of stimulant substances that increase energy or focus, often resulting in anxiety, sleep disruption, and emotional instability.

The Right Level of Care, at the Right Time

There’s no one-size-fits-all in teen mental health. We match every teen to the program that fits their needs, and adjust as they grow.

  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Intensive daily treatment with comprehensive therapy, education, and skill-building. Teens return home each evening.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): 3–5 days per week, focused on coping skills and emotional regulation while keeping school and family routines intact.
  • Outpatient Program (OP): Weekly sessions ideal for teens managing mild to moderate symptoms or stepping down from higher-level care.
  • Virtual Outpatient Program: Full-quality care delivered securely online from the comfort of home, removing every barrier to getting help.
