IOP/VIRTUAL IOP FOR TEENS
Virtual IOP for Teens With Attention Deficit Disorder
Compassion Teens offers a virtual IOP for teens with Attention Deficit Disorder and an in-person intensive outpatient program at our center, with the level of care recommended by our clinical team. Our licensed clinicians work with teens who struggle to focus, stay organized, follow through, or manage impulsive behavior at school and at home—teaching practical skills, not just “try harder.”
Personalized Virtual Care for Teens With ADD/ADHD
When your teen is constantly distracted, forgetful, restless, or missing assignments, no matter how hard they try, it’s hard to know what kind of support is right. Weekly therapy can feel too light, but inpatient or residential care is often too much. Our virtual IOP and in-person intensive outpatient program for teen Attention Deficit Disorder are built for that middle space—more structure and more check-ins, without pulling them out of school, friends, and real life.
Step 1 – Tell Us Your Story
It starts with a simple conversation. Share what your teen is dealing with—trouble focusing, unfinished work, impulsive choices, restlessness, or constant battles at home—and what you’d like to see change. Our team listens without judgment and recommends whether virtual IOP, in-person IOP, or outpatient care is the best fit.
Step 2 - Licensed Clinicians Who Care
Next, we connect your teen with a licensed clinician who understands Attention Deficit Disorder in teens and feels like a good match. Through a quick, confidential virtual assessment, we look at attention, organization, behavior, and school stress so we can recommend the right level of structure and support.
Step 3 - Secure Online Sessions
From there, your teen starts a customized ADD-focused care plan from home. They meet regularly in private, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions and age-appropriate groups—scheduled around school and family time—so they can practice focus tools, organization strategies, and self-management skills while keeping daily life moving.
