What We Treat

Mental Health Disorders & Addictions We Treat For Teens

Therapy for anxiety helps teens identify triggers and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Our approach focuses on building resilience and practical skills to manage anxious thoughts and feelings, empowering them to face life’s challenges with confidence.

Therapy for depression provides a supportive space for teens to explore the root causes of their feelings. We work with them to develop positive coping strategies, improve self-esteem, and rediscover a sense of hope and purpose

Our approach to Bipolar Disorder therapy helps teens and their families understand and manage mood fluctuations. We focus on stabilizing moods, developing effective coping skills, and creating a structured plan for long-term emotional regulation.

Therapy for ADD helps teens learn strategies to improve focus, organization, and time management. We work with them to build practical skills and develop routines that support their academic and personal success.

Our ADHD therapy helps teens manage symptoms like impulsivity and hyperactivity. We focus on building self-regulation skills, improving executive function, and creating strategies for better focus and social interactions.

Therapy for insomnia helps teens address the underlying causes of sleep issues. We provide tools and techniques to develop healthy sleep habits, reduce anxiety about sleep, and improve their overall rest and well-being.

Therapy for social anxiety helps teens build confidence in social situations. Our approach focuses on gradually facing social fears, challenging negative thoughts, and developing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Therapy for alcohol abuse addresses the physical and psychological dependence on alcohol. We help teens develop coping skills to manage cravings, understand the risks of binge drinking, and create a sober lifestyle.

Marijuana is one of the most commonly used substances among teens. Our therapy helps them address the psychological dependence on cannabis, manage withdrawal symptoms, and develop healthy habits to replace use.

We help teens struggling with opioid dependence, including prescription painkillers. Our treatment addresses the physical and psychological aspects of addiction, focusing on safe withdrawal, coping skills, and a supportive environment for lasting recovery.

Misuse of prescription painkillers (like OxyContin) and stimulants (like Adderall) is a significant concern. We help teens understand the dangers of non-medical use, address the root causes of their dependence, and build a path to recovery without relying on medication.

For teens misusing stimulants, such as Adderall or Ritalin, our therapy provides a structured approach to recovery. We work with them to manage cravings, understand the health risks, and develop healthier ways to focus and manage daily life without drug use.

Our approach to Bipolar Disorder therapy helps teens and their families understand and manage mood fluctuations. We focus on stabilizing moods, developing effective coping skills, and creating a structured plan for long-term emotional regulation.

Testimonials

Others With Similar Experiences

When a teen is struggling, it's easy for families to feel isolated. We want you to know you're not alone. Here are stories from other parents and teens who have walked a similar path and found hope and healing through our program. Their words reflect the compassionate care and lasting change we strive to provide.

Medically Supervised Detox

Detoxification is often the first step in the recovery process. Our medically supervised detox provides a safe and comfortable environment where teens can withdraw from substances under the close care of medical professionals. We prioritize their safety and well-being, managing any withdrawal symptoms to prepare them for the next phase of their treatment journey.

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our PHP offers a high level of structured support for teens who need intensive daily treatment but can safely return home in the evenings. This program provides comprehensive therapy, education, and skill-building in a supportive environment, acting as a crucial step-down from inpatient care or an alternative to it.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our IOP provides a flexible yet structured program for teens who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy. Meeting a few times a week, the program focuses on developing coping skills and emotional regulation while allowing teens to maintain their school, family, and social routines.

Outpatient Program

Our Outpatient program provides ongoing therapeutic support through weekly sessions. This level of care is ideal for teens who have completed a higher level of treatment or are managing mild to moderate symptoms. We help them reinforce healthy habits and apply new skills in their daily lives.

Virtual Outpatient Program

Our Virtual Outpatient program offers the same high-quality care as our in-person services, delivered through a secure online platform. This flexible option allows teens to receive consistent support and therapy from the comfort of their home, removing barriers to care while maintaining their daily routine.
